Inspection Anywhere Offline Cache
Inspection anywhere has the ability to store data in an offline mode. This allows it to save and display to the user data when an internet connection is not available. Browsers restrict how much data is allowed to be stored in this "offline cache". This size limit can vary from computer and browser. Ipads seem to have the lowest amount of space at 5mb. If you have a large number of work orders assigned to you then its possible all of the offline cache space can be used on login and the login will fail. If this happens you can work around the issue by changing the display days of future inspections to 0 and reassigning as many work orders as needed to a day other than today in the future. This will lower the number of work orders trying to write data to the offline cache and allow you to login and complete those work orders. Once a number of the work orders are completed you can reassign the work orders back to today or lengthen the display days of future inspections as not as much offline cache space will be needed. You could also try temporarily switching to a browser with a higher offline cache limit.
This is not a problem with the software but simply a limitation of the technology you are using in regards to the amount of data the software is trying to save offline.
